Greetings from Dr. Howard Elementary School where our motto is, "Owl" are welcome! Our students, families, staff, and neighbors are all valuable members of our Dr Howard community. We are excited to begin the 2020-21 school year in a newly constructed building that is bursting with color and light. We remain dedicated to responding to students' and families' needs as we provide high quality teaching and learning experiences.
